Questions
Is this a video of my visitors' screens?+
No. The snippet records how the page changes and where the mouse goes, then rebuilds it in the player. Nothing outside the page is ever seen.
What about passwords and card numbers?+
Every input is masked in the visitor's browser before anything is sent, so we never receive them. You can also mask or block any element, or switch a whole site to strict masking.
Do I need a cookie banner?+
If your visitors are in the EU you probably already have one. Turn on the consent gate and nothing is recorded until they agree.
Will it slow my site?+
The script loads after your page, and events are batched and compressed every five seconds. Visitors will not notice it.
What happens when I hit my session limit?+
Recording pauses until the next billing period. Sessions already in progress finish. Upgrade any time.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, from the billing page, in two clicks. Your recordings stay until the retention period ends.
